On November 12th, the 2025 International Internal Combustion Engine and Power Equipment Expo grandly opened in Nanjing. FAW Jiefang Power made a strong appearance with seven core technology products, attracting over 1,000 visitors on-site and accumulating over 2,000 online viewers, fully demonstrating its brand influence and technological appeal.

At the exhibition, seven star products from Jiefang Intelligent Power Domain—GD300-3.0, CA6SM7, CA6SM6, CA4DT2, CA6DX, CA6SX, and medium- and heavy-duty electric drive axles—were showcased, comprehensively covering various markets including heavy, medium, and light vehicles and off-road vehicles, demonstrating industry-leading strength in power performance, energy saving, and reliability.

The world's first intelligent power domain

The world's first intelligent powertrain, the GD300-3.0, became the focus of the event. This product consists of a CA6DV1 diesel engine, a T-shift AMT 12-speed transmission, and a lightweight 440 axle, achieving a comprehensive efficiency exceeding 49%.

The engine boasts 640 horsepower and 3000 N·m of torque, with a lifespan exceeding 2 million kilometers. It offers advantages such as no power loss at high altitudes, 3%-5% reduced fuel consumption, and annual operating cost savings exceeding 10,000 yuan. Combined with seamless shifting and safe downhill driving at high speeds, it provides users with a new, efficient, and green transportation experience.

Currently, this product has consistently ranked first in sales among vehicles with 620 horsepower or higher.

Heavy-duty gas engines

In the field of gas power, the CA6SM7 and CA6SM6 shine together.

The CA6SM7 focuses on medium- and long-distance general freight, resource and hazardous chemical transportation, while the CA6SM6 targets the medium- and short-distance resource and hazardous chemical markets. Both products have won market recognition for their strong power, low gas consumption and high reliability.

Among them, the CA6SM6 has become the fastest-growing star product in the 13L gas engine market.

Light-duty fuel engine

The CA4DT2 light truck boasts impressive performance, delivering 180 horsepower, a peak torque of 500 N·m, and a low-speed torque exceeding 330 N·m. With a torque increase rate of over 80% within 2 seconds, it has become a dark horse in the light truck field thanks to its comprehensive leading performance.

Medium and heavy-duty electric drive bridge

The medium and heavy-duty electric drive axle demonstrates excellent adaptability to various scenarios, suitable for medium-sized sanitation, logistics, heavy-duty 6×4 traction, 10.5-meter buses and other scenarios. It has a rated axle load of 13,000 kg and a peak torque of 31,000 N·m. In the off-road sector, the CA6SX1 and CA6DX3, two 16L mining dump truck range-extended hybrid products, also performed impressively.

The CA6SX1 boasts a 20% improvement in transient response and consumes more than 1 kg less per 100 kilometers than similar products.

The CA6DX3 operates at 50-100 rpm lower speed than similar products at the same power output, boasts a lifespan of 26,000 hours, and a fuel consumption rate of ≤180g/kWh, making it an ideal power choice for mining equipment due to its significant operating cost advantages.
