Recently, at the completion ceremony of FAW Jiefang (Wuxi)'s R&D capability enhancement project, Jiefang's H-Smart Power Domain non-road products were officially launched. At the event, the 1 MW generator set equipped with the 6SX1 natural gas engine from this power domain attracted significant attention, becoming a benchmark product in the domestic low-pressure gas turbine generator set field thanks to its high efficiency, reliability, and low consumption.

This generator set boasts outstanding performance and significant core advantages. Firstly, it offers robust and stable performance, with a continuous power output of 1 MW, enabling 24/7 operation for a month. Its matching Jiefang Power 16-liter natural gas engine generates 3.8 kilowatt-hours of electricity from 1 liter of natural gas, achieving an efficiency exceeding 38%, rivaling imported models in performance. Secondly, it combines adaptability with environmental friendliness, maintaining stable power output even in extremely high temperatures without increasing gas consumption or reducing power. Its NOx emissions are as low as 150 ppm, effectively achieving energy conservation and emission reduction goals.

In recent years, sales of this unit have doubled annually, with orders reaching 500 units by 2025. In the domestic market, this unit is widely used in drilling and power generation applications for CNPC and Sinopec, providing reliable power support for demanding drilling projects such as the Sichuan Qingli Drilling Project and the Daqing Drilling Project, earning high customer recognition. Overseas, it is exported to numerous countries and regions in Europe, America, Africa, and Central Asia, covering oil-fired power generation, Bitcoin power generation, and biogas power generation. Its stable performance, low fuel consumption, and high power generation efficiency have earned it a favorable reputation among overseas users.
