FAWDE Launches 2026 Global Partners Conference with the 3rd Dream Partner Conference Held Ahead

On December 14, the FAWDE 2026 Global Partners Conference, themed “Intelligent Leadership Worldwide, Quality for a Shared Future”, officially opened in Chengdu. Earlier that morning, the 3rd Dream Partner Conference, themed “Building Dreams with Care, Creating Value Together”, was held with great success.The conference was hosted by Wang Rui, Deputy General Manager of FAWDE Marketing Headquarters.

The event was attended by Pang Guojun, Chairman of the China Employee Development Foundation, along with members of FAWDE’s Party Committee leadership team, including Li Sheng, Yu Changxin, Wang Hao, Tian Lixin, Wang Zhiyu, Wang Jianyu, Peng Long, Dong Yazhou, and Yang Li.

Nearly 300 Dream Partners and their families, representatives from 18 dealerships, and 44 media organizations from across China gathered to celebrate shared dreams and outline a new blueprint for the future.

Li Sheng emphasized that the "FAWDE" brand represents not only a truck and a company, but also an "ecosystem" built by thousands of truck drivers working together towards the same goal. The "FAWDE Eagle" logo, with "1" as its central axis and six wings surrounding it, symbolizes the profound meaning of the joint efforts of truck drivers, employees, partners, and all sectors of society to support FAWDE's rapid development, build the first century-old national automobile brand, and move towards becoming a world-class enterprise.

A donation ceremony was held on-site for the "FAWDE Love Leading the Way: Caring for Truck Drivers Project" charity partners. Yu Changxin, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of FAWDE, and Pang Guojun jointly presented "Charity Partner" certificates to 10 dealer partners who joined the FAWDE Love Leading the Way charity project, thanking them for contributing 1 million yuan to the project and setting a benchmark for FAWDE's industrial chain partners to form a charitable force and fulfill their social responsibilities.

Strengthening Care Through Love

At the meeting, Wang Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of FAWDE, announced the comprehensive upgrade of the "FAWDE Love Leading the Way" public welfare brand. Wang Hao stated that since the brand's launch in 2018, FAWDE has carried out numerous public welfare projects and actions in areas such as truck driver assistance, disaster relief, and educational support. Over the past seven years, it has invested tens of millions of yuan in public welfare, gaining full recognition and praise from truck drivers and all sectors of society.

Wang Hao emphasized that in the future, FAWDE will use the "Love Leading the Way Media Center" as its online hub to create a channel for information dissemination, interactive assistance, and support among truck drivers. At the meeting, leaders awarded 71 Dream Partners with titles such as "Inheritance Expert," "Mutual Assistance Expert," "Sharing Expert," "Car Enthusiast Expert," and "Referral Expert," recognizing their contributions to the FAWDE business.

This Dream Partner Conference was the first to be held concurrently with the FAWDE Global Partner Conference, the first time Dream Partners were invited to participate in a marketing conference, and the first time FAWDE users were invited to drive their trucks to the event for demonstration. On the afternoon of December 13th, FAWDE held a welcome ceremony for the self-driving truck drivers. Members of the leadership team personally welcomed 26 truck drivers from all over the country who drove FAWDE trucks to the conference.
