Exchange Between FAWDE & Deutz CEO Schulte: Jointly Blueprint Cooperation

On January 28, Dr. Schulte, CEO of Deutz AG, and his delegation visited FAWDE's Powertrain Division, where they held in-depth discussions with Wang Zhiyu, Member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of FAWDE, and Dong Yazhou, Member of the Party Committee, Assistant General Manager, and Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Powertrain Division. Liu Peng and Mi Xidong, Vice General Managers of the Powertrain Division, and Jin Zhe, PDT Manager of the Non-Road Product Line, also participated in the exchange.

During the meeting, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on joint technology research, global market development, and ecosystem building. Dr. Schulte provided a detailed introduction to the company's history, core product portfolio, global operations, and future strategic plans. Wang Zhiyu stated that FAWDE will fully support the development of all aspects of its powertrain business and maintain an open attitude to promote deeper cooperation and achieve mutual benefit in the future.

Both sides expressed their commitment to jointly promoting technological iteration and industrial upgrading to provide global customers with more efficient, cleaner, and more reliable powertrain solutions.

During his visit, Dr. Schulte and his delegation toured FAWDE Power's Wuxi Super Plant and the newly completed R&D center. They highly praised the quality of FAWDE's high-end products, as well as FAWDE Power's profound historical heritage and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, commending it for providing a transformation model for the global internal combustion engine industry.

This visit follows the visit of Markus, CEO of Deutz Engines, on December 9, 2025, marking another important interaction and signifying the continued deepening of strategic cooperation between the two parties.
