² Technical Characteristics
● Fuel Efficient:
Adopt electric-controlled high pressure common rail system,with higher oil injection pressure, greater atomization rate and more sufficient combustion;
Reinforcement design on motion friction pair,structure components and other pieces,explosion pressure is high;
Four-valve technology ,with high and exhaust efficiency;
Optional integrate VCU device (polymorphic switch and etc.) that is researched and developed independently, and oil supply can be adjusted according to vehicle load;
EGR system products doesn’t need to use after treatment injection system,with low usage cost and low maintenance cost;
SCR system products have sufficient combustion ,with high fuel economy.
Adopt electric-controlled common rail system that is widely used in the world,with mature technology;
Use inter Euro first-class brand products for the key spare such as piston ,piston ring,crank,bearing bush and high strength bolt;
Urea injection system is with after run function to prevent nozzle clogging caused by crystallization of urea pipeline;
SCR system with water heating and electric heating urea pipeline ,urea box heating function ,adapt to operation in cold areas;
EGR system products adopt pressure difference sensor for real-time monitoring the operation of after treatment processor;
Whole set B10 life span is 800,000 km.
Adopt Holland LMS vibration test system to make vibration optimization on the whole set ,providing NVH support optimization for forming a complete set ,with small vibration and low noise;
Adopt helical gear transmission to improve transmission stability and reduce mechanical noise;
Adopt ladder frame to increase structure rigidity of the whole set and reduce vibration;

There are multiple after treatment devices for options ,to meet different needs of the whole vehicle;
SCR system products urea injection don’t need air assistant and after treatment system is convenient for installation;
EGR system products don’t need processing injection system ,adopting after treatment device with silencer and the whole vehicle has convenient arrangement.
